They called ahead for arrival time, worked very efficiently, and with the removal of very large pieces of furniture, dismantled what was necessary and carefully removed everything in "record time." They asked questions when unsure, and finished without exceeding their estimated load count. I would have understood if it had been more, but they managed it and I would absolutely hire them again. This was all done for a client of mine who had left the state and I could then call and tell him I made the right choice in hiring Mike & Dad's! hide

They were super courteous, showed up on time, and were pleasant to engage with once they were on site. I even called a second time before they'd shown up and explained I found more junk than I initially had called them for, and they accommodated without any fuss. I called first thing this morning to get a quote and timeline for a king size mattress removal from my condo. The quote was more affordable than others I had checked with, and the service was much friendlier as well. They scheduled my removal for this afternoon (same day service) and gave me a time window from 12-2. Mike gave me a call when he was about 10 minutes out. They were in and out with the mattress and two box springs within minutes! I was able to pay with a credit card on the spot, and received my receipt electronically right away. If I could give these guys more stars, I would. If I ever need junk removal in the future, I'll be turning to them. hide
